She was so quick to schedule tours even at the last minute. She was great at giving feedback when appropriate without over stepping and letting us work through the process. One thing that really impressed me about Emily is that she stays up to date with current trends and market shifts. Anyone can show you a house, but having someone who knows exactly what to look for in the big ticket items made a huge difference. Madison even walked us out of a showing immediately after spotting an expensive issue, saving us from a disappointing inspection! She understood exactly what we were looking for and didn't mess around showing us anything that would push our budget or that didn't have our non-negotiables. She knew and respected our firm budget and tailored a strategic offer with that in mind. She worked with our lender to educate us on clever ways to reduce closing costs, which were our biggest barrier as first time homebuyers.
